In August, we finished with Eir due to moving house. We paid the early disconnection fee, dealt with Alan, nice guy, all very easy and hassle free.

Today, we received an email to say we a bill for €140. Rang Eir, Ger picked up, who said it was for the modem and tv box, that we should have received a mail to organise collection of the modem with a courier, and that we have to now ship it ourselves.

Asked Ger if he could see the mail, he confirmed that he could not. We checked back and can see two years of routine mails regarding monthly bills, but no mail regarding pick up.

Asked Ger when Eir would be looking for the €140 direct debit. Tomorrow. One days notice.

As luck would have it, we have the modem, tv box, power leads, and remote kept, and would like for Eir to pick these up as normal.

All details required have been pm'd to the rep Adams account.

    Thanks.
