IT Companies that sponsor work visas

Hi all, hoping to find anyone with experience or advice when it comes to this.

There is someone I know from South America with 10 years work experience in IT, and is currently doing a Masters in a Data Science in the UK. After the Masters, they are looking to move to Ireland, and are facing the visa issue. Unfortunately there seems to be a chicken and egg problem, wherein the companies need you to have a visa to start working with them, and the government needs you to have a job offer to get the visa. We are meeting with immigration solicitors for advice, and we've also learned off all of the material on the department of foreign affairs which details the requirements for each visa type. The jobs she would be seeking, are all on the list of "critical skilled workers".

    Question:

Does anyone know of any companies or recruiters that would have a good reputation for sponsoring international workers for visas, or have a slightly more "Open Door" policy when it comes to sponsoring someone who requires a work permit?

    Workday do sponsorships
    and Pramerica as well.
Those are the two companies that I know for sure that can sponsor any foreign national.

I just wanted to post this link here for anyone's future reference. It's statistics regarding job permits that were granted to companies and different nationalities. So a quick sort of the count will show companies which sponsor most foreign workers.
