Hi, Could anyone please recommend a good reputable roofer in the Balbrigann / Skerries area. Im having trouble with condensation in the roof after an attic conversion and seem to be finding it difficult getting a roofer to look at it. Any help would be really appreciated!!!

This summer we used Fintan Kelly Roofing from Drogheda.

I live in Balbriggan and he seems to have repaired a lot of roofs in the newer housing estates in our area, we got his name from his repair van driving around.

Over the last few years we have got cheap small/patching repairs done by 2 other guys which of course didn't last. Our house was build in 2004 and the original builders secured the roof tiles edges with cement/filler which of course didn't last.

We had a hole in our roof caused by loose slates after February's storms and we were able to use our house insurance against it. He mentioned his has fitted roof ventilation in the houses in our estate that are being rented long term by the council so this may help you and also something we could consider in the future if we save some money.

Hope it helps, I hate trying to find tradesmen/women
