Can I change bill pay providers when in a contract

    Currently with Tesco mobile and contract finishes march. But not happy at all with my reception and phone is knackered. Want to change to eir and keep the same number. Can I pay off the rest of my contract which is €60

    You can leave during a contract yes, once you pay the balance that is due.

    It would be worth speaking with the network first to see if any of the issues can be resolved first, so avoid walking away.
