Samsung seal on the box torn, anyone know if I can still return it?

    Well guys I've just made a massive mistake by buying an Android tablet for an elderly relation who it turns out is familiar with ipad and wants an ipad! Is a Samsung tab and while its not used I have broken the seal on the box. What are the odds of a shop... like Komplett let's say... taking back a Samsung product that has had that little sticker seal on the box torn?
    I mean now the little sticker that says "do not accept this product is the sticker is torn or removed" that you always get on Samsung stuff?
    Is well within the time period for cooling off returns btw.
