    Hello,

We are new cat owners, having rescued a stray who adopted a mate (mate couldn't keep her).

How much should we be feeding her? We are currently giving her half a sachet of sheeba and two handfuls of dry food, twice a day.

Dry food on its own is approx 70g which works out at 3/4 cup. We have a 1/4 cup baking measure that we use 3 times a day on our sensitive cat that has to have his special dietary food. Wet food is usually 3 pouches/300g a day. I'd say your portions are about right if slightly over - maybe spread that amount across 3 portions rather than 2.
