What happened to the task manager?

28-11-2017 11:51am#1My desktop PC running W7 seemed to freeze just after booting up yesterday and I launched the task manager and the screen grab below will show what it looks like. Its showing tasks but no processes so has anyone any idea how this can be fixed?
