    If you work in a in demand industry or when there are a shortage of people with the right skills and you have the right skills you will find employers will bend over backwards for you.

    HSE (Uhg or merlin Park). Career breaks, parental leave, part time work, flexibility (within reason). It’s been very handy for me for last 11 years. Does depend on role/department though.
