Well I'm definitely not one of those, but these lads are, i gather, decent enough. Might be something on there which catches your eye. Others will probably be along soon with better advice!

Edit: just be careful in relation to size - i note one of the watches you linked is 38mm but the other is 32mm which is pretty tiny imo.

Good point regarding the size - my Grand Classique Presence is 38mm(other sources say 38.5mm) so I'm obviously after a bracetet that would fit this size.

    Noone?
Maybe its gonna be easier to ask for advice in a place that sells Longines watches? What is the biggest/most reputable Longines dealer in Dublin?

Getting an aftermarket bracelet for a watch is always a bit of a problem. General advice would be that if a watch has a bracelet option, always buy that one as getting good replacement leather or rubber straps afterwards is relatively easy and inexpensive, whereas getting the bracelet is quite the opposite.

I would try Hour Passion in Kildare Village, or possibly here.

I got a good quality titanium bracelet for a Tissot watch from here: http://www.watch-band-center.com/watchstrap-h689-St-Steel-Watch-Bands.html earlier this month. Tissot couldn't supply a replacement.

Bear in mind that you need to measure the lug width so that you know what'll fit.

If you want an original Longines bracelet the first thing you need to ascertain that there is one for your watch. Just because there appears to be a similar model that is bracelet-equipped is not a 100% guarantee that it works for the model you already have (some manufacturers are worse than others with this). I'd suggest contacting Longines direct as they have a phenomenal reputation for answering archives-related queries so hopefully will be just as good as if they smell a sale - I also generally find that staff in ADs aren't that good and generally don't have the necessary eye for detail. As Anjobe has already said it is always better to buy the watch with the bracelet as a complete package so make sure you're sitting comfortably when you hear the price.

If you're happy with an after-market bracelet then there will be lots out there but these typically won't have the endlinks that make the strap blend seamlessly with the edge of the case. They will be a lot cheaper though. Here's a link to show you how to measure the lug width.
