Bear market correction on the horizon

This has been talked about a lot recently, however it's now gaining more and more media coverage.

The article below summarizes it very well, we're experiencing stock valuations that exceed all known norms and the correction is inevitable.

    What are people's take?

Conventional wisdom is to ride out rises and falls as ultimately the market has risen over time. But what if a downwards correction is near "inevitable", wouldn't it make sense to cash out, and watch by the sidelines before jumping back in?

My take is that this is what stop-limit sell orders are for.
