Are space heaters much good for workshops? Would you feel the heat coming out of them? Want something to warm up the workshop the days im in there working on projects? Workshop would be only the size of a normal house garage

I bought a 3KW Dimplex heater (with turbo boost fan) today. It's very quick to heat a space if you whack it to the max. Obviously leaving a 3kw running will eat money but used sensibly on the thermostat it should be fine - 100 euro in Homebase.

    It can be wall mounted

Have a 2kw SIP one here. €50 I think I paid for it. Heats a 12x8 workshop to about 20*c in about ten minutes.

I am using Mr Heater and It is working fine as a space heater for my garage. However, you didn't mention what kind of space heater are you looking for? Fan heaters? Gas heaters? or electric heaters? I really don't like the noise of fan heaters that's why I use the gas ones. Here, you can also read the reviews ( https://bestazy.com/best-space-heaters-for-a-large-room/ ) of all best space heaters.
