    Hi all,

Quick question regarding getting an outdoor aerial installed.
The house is wired for Virgin ... can the aerial be connected to that connection in the box outside so that I can then use each coax point in the various rooms inside ?

    Thanks

How is the signal currently split to the various TV points, a splitter of some sort?

The internal cabling shouldn't have any problem carrying the Saorview signal but will the signal from the aerial be good enough to feed all TV points without some amplification?

No. That box is the property of Virgin and you must not interfere with it. It is in their terms and conditions.

I assume he's referring to the small enclosure installed at build where the house cabling connects to VM's incoming cable. Disconnect the VM cable and join aerial cable to the house cabling.
