underfloor heating pump overheating

have a wavin underfloor heating manifold with a grunfos pump (ups 25-60 130) the controller pump for the loop.

The pump is tripping out on high temp ( there is temp sensor right beside it) , I cant feel the pump vibrating when it is 'running' & it just gets really hot. There appears to be no flow through the manifold although the pump is getting hotter & supposedly running
There are inlet & outlet valves which turn freely & a TRV on the way in too ( not sure how to test is this working)

There are 2 other identical units right nearby with no valves between them in the house & they work perfectly - don't think the problem is on the system side, more likely on the loop / manifold

    Any advice appreciated
