Hi all, I'm totally new here and am hoping I can get some help with a burner issue I have. The burner goes through pre-purger and lights but flame goes out after say 6-7seconds. I have fitted a new solenoid, photocell and control box but still does the same. I'm at the end of my ideas as to what this could be. Please help!

silly question but have you done the basics change jet, replaced burner hose, cleaned or replaced pump filter and tank filter, checked your fire valves operation confirmed oil pressure and vacuum on pump. cleaned air box?

Well after some time with trying everything I eventually found that the nozzle had been changed for the incorrect spray pattern and the photocell wouldn't pick up correctly. Changed nozzle and all working great. Thanx for your time esox :)
