Dishwasher not draining

I've got a Scholtes dishwasher that broke down filled with water. No blockage at all in the filter nor in the drain pipe / sink (water flowed out when I disconnected the drain pipe under the sink). Would it be a pump gone? Trying to figure out if it is worth getting fixed / call out (not under warranty)

Also, for semi integrated dishwashers - is the panel on the outside a standard size? Assuming I could just take it off the old one and put it on the new?

Most likely something stuck in the emptying pump, its at the machine end of the waste hose, remove the pump and strip it usually a bit of glass. the panel will be the same size but probably attached differently.

Thanks, took out the pump this morning and there was a bit of food stuck in it but still didn't work when I put it all back together unfortunately

take it out again and run it with a mains lead, that's if you have the ability to do so, it should run if not faulty.
