    Trial judge got fairly heavily criticised by the appeal court as well. Judge never made sense. Apparently highly respected & said in court she didn't believe him yet (from memory) gave fairly sympathetic instructions to the jury on his behalf and a very lenient sentence.
    His story never added up either so I'm glad his sentence has been increased. Back to high security prison too.

    She could hardly string a coherent sentence together. How on earth did she ever get appointed to the bench.
