Chargeback query - return of receipt

    Hi there
    My husband successfully made a chargeback claim with yourselves and wants his copy of the registered post receipt sent back. How does he go about doing this?

    We would advise your husband to write to our Chargeback team address to request that this is returned. Please post this to the following address: Bank of Ireland, Chargeback Department, PO Box 365, Dublin 18.
