Email and tell them you want to return it as it is now half the price of what you paid. They will probably refund the difference. If not, send it back and reorder. Should be no hassle.

You don't need a reason. Just state that you are returning under the 14 day cooling off period.

The won't refund the difference, I tried on an item I bought that went down £15 a few days after I bought it.

If you get onto Chat they will issue you with a return postage label, the label said postage paid but the Rep said they would refund the postage costs once the item was returned. They would also refund any postage costs for the replacement item.

It's madness really as they were going to incur two new postage costs to essentially issue a refund to me.

How did you get on OP? I bought an item during the black Friday deals, it was delivered yesterday and when I looked on their website later I noticed it is now reduced to almost 60% less than what I paid! No joy with CS on chat and if I want to return it, they will take £9 off my refund for postage. I would still save a few pounds but not sure if I can be bothered though. I won't be bothering with black Friday deals next year, on toys anyway, as this is the second year I got caught out and the toys reduced by a larger percentage after black Friday. The toy wasn't extremely expensive but I'm still a bit annoyed.
