Irish Water Refund

    Hi How can I claim a refund for €100 that I paid for water charges for my daughter in student accommodation while in college? The previous year the utility bill was €300 & increased by €100 specifically to meet the water charge that was introduced by the Irish Government which was stated by the admin for student accommodation.
