Firstly if this is in the wrong forum please advise./fell free to move. I want to build a website and was looking at sites such as wix,squarespace and wordpress..... down anyone have any recommendations etc have you used any before?

The development forum could be better but it mainly for more experienced web creators.

Wordpress and Googlesites is probably the easiest to start on. They have templates and also provide hosting so you don't have to worry about that bit.
