Isolating/Turning off water in concealed cistern

    Hi guys

I am having a problem with my toilet running after it flushes so was going to take out the flush valve to clean it/replace the washer etc. to see if it helped, but I know I need to isolate/turn off the water first (I think!). It is a concealed cistern so hard to see when you don't know what you are looking for, and I think it has a Valsir evolut flush. Is the turquoise knob what I need to turn to shut off the water? If so how far should I turn it?

A picture of the cistern (access via the flush plate) below here - would value any advice greatly! Thanks :)

Do not touch any of the blue fittings on the right of the picture.
Follow the braided hose over to the left, there may be a valve on the inside of the cistern.
Failing that, you will need to shut down the cold water to the bathroom from the hot press.

Thanks so much - you were right. On the left at the other end of the braided hose there is a valve with a blue knob and a steel nut just below it. Do you know which one of these I should turn and how do I know when it is shut off? Thanks again for your help!

Turn the blue knob clockwise to turn off the water. You should be able to remove the flush mechanism without disturbing the braided hose and the filling valve on the right, but on some variations you would have to take them out as well.
