    Hi IW team, it appears the domestic meter at my parents property has been put on a business tariff according to the latest bill. There are 2 meters at our address, one which supplies the property and the other about 500m away as the crow flies which feeds some farmland. Both were previously managed by Celtic Anglian and I think the domestic one was taken over by IW in 2015 sometime according to the bills. At that time we were given an account and WPRN for that meter, these now I think are subject to the current refund process for the bills that were paid on that meter.
    On the latest bill supplied, there is a new account number and the WPRN for that meter has also changed. The second meter is now also on this bill and that has been given a separate sequential WPRN.
    We can't understand why we have been put on a business tariff, especially the domestic meter (I am unsure of the classification of a customer by IW who has a meter that supplies farmland separately). Previously, both were treated by CA in the same manner i.e., at a domestic rate.
    There has also been slight variations in the address IW has used in correspondence with our property over past 2 years or so and are not sure which one the deem as the correct one.
    I would appreciate someone being able to take a peek into it for me, will be happy to supply necessary details via DM if needed.

    Many thanks!

    We can certainly look into this for you, but first would you mind providing the following details via PM?

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Original Account Number/WPRN; &
    - Additional Account Number/WPRN for the business

    Once these details are received, we will be able to assist you further.
