Replacement radiator bleed valves?

Hi again,

Wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for replacement radiator bleed valves, for older radiators?

It looks quite different to the standard 3/8" valve on the newest radiator in the house.

Any help would be great! I'm looking to replace it as it's leaking a bit.

For an older radiator though? I don't know what to ask for, all I know is it's different to the modern ones

Those 1/2 vents.
