Anyone heard back about second round interviews yet ?

Is it still possible to apply to these programmes even for next year?

Nothing on my end yet. The last first round interviews were yesterday so my guess is they will be in contact from next week onwards if you are selected. Best of luck!

I believe the programme application is closed also.

I haven't heard anything back yet. According to the brochure they gave out about the graduate programme (you can download it from their website) the final round interviews start on the 27th of November so I imagine some people must know if they got through to the next stage by now.

Yeah I know that's what Im thinking, I wonder if you havent heard anything by now is it a no. I know at least two analyst people have heard back but not heard of anyone from consulting getting it, hence why I'm putting out feelers.

I'm hoping they might be doing it by groups. So if you were in one of the earlier groups getting interviewed they might have told you by now but maybe not if you weren't one of the first ones in. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't tell the people who didn't get through straight away. But then again I'm just trying to guess what the logic might be as much as you are.

That's fair but I was in on the 10th and one of the analytics guys from my group has heard...impossible to figure out

any one heard yet? I had my second round on Nov 27, thought Id hear by now.

Also - anyone who has done the programme before with accenture as a Grad, do you recommend? Have an offer in corporate and treasury for BOI either and stuck between the two (if i get accenture)

They said in their little timeline thing that was in their brochure that offers would be given from the 20th onward so I wouldn’t worry yet ! Glad you’ve revived this though I’ll be interested to see when people start hearing back.

Hi All!
I did my final round interview last week and I am also waiting to hear back from Accenture. My guess is we won't hear anything until 20th December but it would be great to know before Christmas.

Anyone hear a reply back from Accenture? The final interview went well and he said not to worry if I don't hear back prior to xmas.

I have an offer from BOI that needs to be signed.

Still nothing for me. It will be next week at earliest with everyone on Christmas Holidays.

I think the best option is to sign your contract and contact them after if you are offered Accenture and wish to accept it.

Still nothing here either ! I would agree with Litecash, I’m sure if you sign now and want to change later I’m sure that’ll be ok.

I find this very annoying. Why do people not bother posting these things when the application process is open?

I haven’t and I also have BoI offer. What dept in BoI are you?

Also if you get both which are you thinking I’m finding it so hard to weigh up the two any insights or opinions would be appreciated !

I was offered the business insights and innovation one. What about you?

I have accepted the BOI one now, but I would probably take the Accenture role if I get an offer. The BOI one looks interesting and the workload would prob be a lot more manageable. However the opportunities that can arise from Accenture are huge.

im in corporate and treasury....Exactly the same my end although I did a year in pwc being worked like a dog and don't really fancy spending my entire 20's doing that in accenture

Do you know what BOI developments are like and if you get overtime? or salary progression? or do they let you sit any exams etc...stupidly forgot to ask such in the interview
