Hi guys, Have been living and working outside Ireland a over 3 years and was just wondering if I could claim dole once I get back home or is there a certain amount of time I have to be in the country before I can claim. any details be great Cheers,

There is the residency issue and also the means testing.

If you actually have 100k to invest as you've said in your other thread then joy won't qualify.

€100000 will disqualify you in any case.
