    Hi guys,

Has anyone been to any weddings here?
A little worried the dancing area and dining room are separate... any first hand experience from anyone??

same as half the wedding venues in Ireland really, anywhere that wasn't custom built at least. I've played at a wedding and whilst it wasn't always busy they couple were happy with the vibe and that people weren't under duress to keep dancing.

Appreciate that, torn between there and Mount Juliet manor house. Both have similar issues with the dance floor being separate to dining area. Thanks again

I got married here 18 months ago and had the same question as you initially... it was absolutely perfect though. It worked really well. The dance floor was always full but if guests didn’t want to dance they could sit in one of the different rooms. Generally people moved around and it was very laid back and perfect for us! We were delighted with Marlfield House.
