Hi I need help with my alarm, I have called out my phone company but they say an electrician needs to fix the cable inside the house to my main phone/broadband socket. An electrician has belled out the cable from outer connection box to phone socket but says he can't see the problem and that I need an alarm company. What can I do as I'm getting annoyed thanks for your time

I'm fairly certain that the communicator in the hkc sends message in a text format I think this facility is no longer possible over a landline Only solution would be a mobile phone network card.
