I have been in receipt of has for some years and my claim was stopped two weeks ago for reasons I won't go into for brevity. My mum is 90 and lives in another county. I plan to move in with her to assist and gave her address for my new claim. I just heard that this could affect her entitlements as a pensioner.
Any advice on what best to do.

She will no longer get her living alone allowance. If she needs care perhaps you should apply for careers allowance.
