    I have not got a clue where I am supposed to go with this thread but..........

    Anyway, a friend of mine is on the homeless list in Dublin. How hard is it for her to move to the homeless register in another county .ie Westmeath?

    She has one or two friends in Mullingar that might make life easier for her down there. Anyone any suggestions?
