Why has the Garda Press Office gone so quiet since Noirin left?

When Noirin was working we got a constant drip feed of stories nearly every day...now very little?

It's probably been ordered to do some shredding - theres an outsider coming in in about 18 months so they need to get going.

I see the same stories about seizures etc coming through on Facebook and Twitter every day. If you're talking about the negative stuff, that doesn't come through official channels.

There was a stage there at the peak of Noirin's PR crisis where the Garda Press Office were churning out so many "distraction" stories
they would have put Joseph Goebbels and the Publicity Dept. of the Chinese Communist party to shame.
