Refund Of Credit From Cancelled Account

    Hi Eir Reps, Our account was in credit when we cancelled but we have not received a refund.  Can I arrange for a refund please.

    Thanks for contacting us today. 

    A refund cheque is processed 30 days after the final bill has been issued. The customer care team on 1901 can look into this for you and advise on all.
