PCI/e Wireless adapter recomendation

Can anyone recommend a decent wireless card for pci/e?
I don't have the option of running a cable at the moment

Looking at that myself, seems well reviewed and I have 5GHz WiFi.

Do you know is there any benefit to using powerline, instead of WiFi?

I've not tried them but they are probably better than WiFi. I'm on 100mbps B/band with Vodafone and usually get 85mbps with the router downstairs so i'm happy enough with that.

Powerline would usually be a fair bit better unless you had a good router/adaptor combo (or are right beside the router - then even a cheapish adaptor should be A1). And they're pretty cheap too.

I'm no far from the router at all basically the same room. But I find the usb adapter I got when I built the system isn't really cutting it. Signal is up and down.

I've made changes to the wireless channel, but I feel one issue is it doesn't received the 5ghz signal.
