Looking to get a 2016 Nissan leaf from London UK Nissan dealer. Am wondering if the ecotricity app is somewhat like the ESB ecar app? Where one can know or see the different fcps on Google maps? Does anybody know how to find out where the different fcps are located? Btw, my trip is from London to Holyhead.

It's the ecotricity app you need for location and payment and live status.
A great network, and a beacon for us to follow in the republic.

Download the app, add your payment method and away you go.
You can do this before you leave.

1 thing to note which caught me out with Ecotricity. They put a £10 charge as a hold for every charge you initiate. I didn't realise and thought they had severely over charged us on a recent trip. We did 5 FCPs. How many from London?

If you use a credit card, they hold the 10 as a preauth until the actual charge goes through and then cancel the preauth. For debit cards it takes a lot longer.
