Where is the refund checker?

    It says the following on the Irish Water website:

    The legislation to refund Domestic Water Charges has now passed. Refunds will begin on Monday 20 November. On Monday a refund checker will go live to allow customers to see how much they are due and when they can expect their refund.


    No such thing as a refund checker is available and it's no Tuesday. So where is it?

    It's on the meter itself.. click the menu button below the digital reading.. should give units used, refund due, etc

    Myself and a friend can't find it on both our accounts. Are you sure that's not the account balance and bill due date that you're seeing? Does it tell you when you'll get your refund?

    The launch of the refund checker has been slightly delayed due to further testing required. It will go live as soon as it is available.

    Hi there, 

    I put my account number and WPRN number into the refund checker and it says the details are wrong.  I got the numbers off my last bill though and have not changed address or anything.  Does this mean I am not getting a refund?
