    Hi,
I recently received a €50 parking fine from Euro Car Parks for apparently staying in a car park around 15mins over the 2hr limit. Do i legally have to pay? Should i pay? Thanks

Then ignore. I suppose they could clamp your car if in the same area again and demand paymend but other than that nothing they can do.

Can't believe a private firm is even bothering issuing a 'fine'. They must have ran out of clamps:pac:

And this is the answer to "why do they clamp people"

Every time a clamping thread comes up people whinge about being clamped and then the suggestions of fines and other things come up.

Which is exactly why it needs to be regulated ;)
