Where to post Supp Welfare Allowance form?

I am currently dropped out of college due to medical reasons.

I am in the middle of applying to Illness Benefit and Disability Allowance

As my BTEA has been stopped the Officer called me today to tell me my BTEA was stopped and I should apply to illness payments and switch to JA when I'm ready or BTEA if returning to college.

He told me IB and DA can take a good while to be processed and suggested I apply for SWA in the mean time. However the document has no address to post the completed form to? Is it just my Intreo office.

I told the BTEA officer on the phone I have real difficulty in mobility atm and he said he'd email my details accross to the department and I should post the SWA form in anyway before the call me back, but there's no instructions on the form where to send it.

Is it my local intreo or somewhere else I post it to?

    Thank you.

SWA is administered by the local Community Welfare Office.

You can find your local office here.

You might be better off going down to submit the form, depending on the office. The CWO is only there on certain days and there's a possibility a letter could get lost (my own experience only, YMMV)

Thanks I've never understood the difference between Intreo/CWO at all. I think mine are next door to each other also as in an extention of the same building which makes it more confusing (for me)
