Cannot Login to Irish Water account

    I have tried logging  in to my Irish Water A/C and it won't accept username and password or WPRN & Account No, the message I am getting is "No premises found for this WPRN and account number combination".  I updated my address details last week as I sold the property earlier this year.  How can I check when I am due the refund if I cannot login?

    I am getting the same result. I sold my house in July 17, I rang twice to get the details updated and put my new address on the system. I am unable to logon.

    it won't accept username and password or WPRN & Account No, the message I am getting is "No premises found for this WPRN and account number combination"
