Stanley Erin stove - baffle plate replacement?

Hello - I have a Stanley Erin stove in my living room (heat only, non-boiler), the stove came with the house when I moved in.

I have noticed over the last year or so that the ceiling of the stove has split and is sagging. Last Saturday I heard a lump of metal falling into the flames - while clearing out the ashes next day I noticed it matched a missing part from the ceiling interior.

After a bit of online googling, I believe the “baffle” plate may be on it’s last legs. I think I should be able to get a replacement part from Chadwicks (I was able to get a replacement stove window from them about two years ago) but how easy is it to replace this part on the stove?

I’d do it myself if possible, but I don’t want to be featured on some future Tommy McAnairy carbon monoxide poisoning ad if I make some sort of mistake.
