Is it possible for a bank or member of the public to find out who owns a property?

    Can a bank or member of the public find out who the owner of a specific property is?

    If so, how can they do this?

    If the house is rented and registered with the PRTB then as an adjoining land owner, you can write to the PRTB and they will give you the name and address of the landlord.
