KMC 11 Speed chain problem!

Just posting in case anyone is running the KMC X11-91 chain.
On two of these chains over the last few months i have the plate seperating from the link.
A very dangerous situation but you get the warning of the chain 'jumping' over the cassette.
THe most recent was today during the Louth Coastal Spin.
Its happening well away form the quick link so its not user error.

An update on this.
I emailed KMC themselves and got a reply.
Looks like they agree with it being a manufacturing issue and seems to be confined with the chains mark as '6G' or '6C'

It maybe of some use to someone!
