    Hi all.

A client of mine is asked me to integrate a live chat button. facility on his website.

I'm using HTML5 no CMS and wondered if anyone might recommend something preferrably of a freeware nature.

I'm not 100% sure how my client hopes to run this as he is a one man show. can anyone please let me know how the Dynamics of this feature works... is it a direct line to a mobile phone number with an app or is it to a third party company?

any advice would be much appreciated

    tawk.to is worth a look.

Starter level is free and they offer a mobile/desktop client. You can also set hours of operation which is handy for a one-man-show.

There are quite a few similar products out there.
