pelvic and groin pain

Hi, not looking for medical advice but just wondering if anyone has been in similar situation?

Had pelvic pain during my second pregnancy (early 17 weeks it started)and to cut long story short, my 2nd child is over a year old now and I'm still unable to run or do basic things like get up out of bed without pain or run etc.

I did a lot of strength exercises after Labour and got myself back up to 10k running (slowish pace, not race pace) and out of blue got sore again.
Since then, seeing a very good physio who to be fair has got me back being able to walk again without pain but not yet run.
I have ran up to 4k (not much I know) but not without pain. I'm doing Pilates twice a week also which is helping for sure but at this stage I'm wondering will I ever run again?
I'm quite light (8 stone) and 5ft 6 so I'm not carrying much weight but trying to get out of bed feels so heavy from hips to backside. When I run I get pain in pubic bones and down back of left leg. I'm going backwards last month or so pain wise and I have gotten my pelvic floor back to working order and less than one finger separation between tummy muscles.
Right now I'm at a loss as to what to do?

Has anyone else experienced this or similar as I guess I'm worried I will be like this for life and want to know if anyone has maybe any suggestions or ideas?
Hope this post is allowed? Just looking for opinions really, not factual medial advice?

    Thanks

    Mod note

Just for clarity, as per the forum charter, giving medical advice i.e. suggesting what the OP should do, is not permitted. Posters can however share their own experiences.

Have you been to a doctor specifically for that problem, I mean recently?

In the weeks after the birth obviously you'll have been told to give it a bit of time, but a year is more than enough for it to have cleared up. Pain down the back of the leg is associated with sciatica, as you probably know, but you should get it properly checked out as it hasn't cleared up and you have other pain too.
