Appendectomy Post-Op Questions?

Is it normal to feel faint/dizzy and be extremely tired one week after laparoscopic appendectomy?
I had an emergency laparoscopic appendectomy 9 days ago. I am recovering well or I thought I was. However, I have been walking around. I walked to college (about 15 mins distance) yesterday and back. I was fine last night but I am absolutely physically exhausted today despite being mentally fine. I’m not even able to get out of bed. I also had to come home from college that same day due to spells of faintness/dizziness. My head was spinning. Still experiencing pain on my lower left side.

My question is is there anybody out there who has had a laparoscopic appendectomy and experienced the same symptoms? When do they resolve? Should I go back to a doctor? I like to be on the move all the time having something to do so staying put recovering is incredibly frustrating.

Ring the hospital who did the surgery and ask to speak to the ward or to the surgical team on call

Get yourself back to a doctor.
