    Hi all,

Looking for some advice please. I'm looking to buy by first "proper" watch. I love the look of the attached.

Do people generally rate them? I've googled and reviews seem to be mixed. Or could you suggest anything different? I love the grey titanium look, grey distressed leather strap combo. I would prefer if it wasn't a chronograph but not a deal breaker.

Budget we'll say 400. But the lower the better.

    Thanks in advance.

I have a Gaz 14 from Vostok. I find it to be very well made and thus far reliable and accurate.

They are well made watches with nice styling...but...They are not exactly cheap. For the same kind of money you could get something with a more recognizable name (especially in quartz).
Also, their latest models are all bloody huge (can get old very quickly unless you have big wrists or oversized watches just are your thing)

Thanks for that. What else would you recommend? I didn't think they were that expensive. I'm looking at the expedition North pole now. Automatic, love the styling, comes in at 250 delivered. I do like the idea of an automatic now.

At 250 it's worth thinking about alright.
Make sure it fits first though...it's mahoossive (see end of vid)

Ignore this. Done some research. Decided on a more highly regarded and known brand. Just pulled the trigger on a Hamilton khaki king. It's going to be a long few days waiting for it to be delivered.
