Hi folks, Is there anywhere in the city where a Nintendo 3ds with an r4ds card that won't boot can be dropped in for repair? My niece updated hers after putting in angsme and now it won't boot up for her

You mean the 3DS itseld won't boot? Well that's what you get for using unlicensed cartridges to run ROMs...

Anyway, if thats what you mean, it sounds like your niece bricked the 3DS. Meaning it can't be repaired. Christmas is coming though so she could get it replaced...
