Is the aerial plugged into the Sky box (or IO link) RF-in, & you'd be distributing the aerial signal + Sky box output to other TVs?

yes i have the aerial plugged into the sky box in one room and have a sky eye that works for my second tv in another.

The Sky box output channel must be interfering then, & will have to be changed.

I assume the 2nd TV uses the Saorview signal too?

You'll have to go into the hidden menu: pressing Services, 0, 0, 1, Select does it for HD boxes (or did anyway), non-HD is Services, 4, 0, 1, Select.

You can confirm this is indeed the problem if you can find out which channel no. Saorview is using for RTE1 etc.

Try Ch 65 which is usually OK ??

The RF linked TV will of course have to be retuned (analogue tuning) to get the Sky Box picture back

If your Saorview signal is borderline to start with - changing the modulator RF channel may not resolve the issue.
