Climote Installation suggestion

    Hi,

I have gas Boiler in my kitchen.

    The setup is:
    - Gas boiler in the kitchen which heats radiator and hot water
    - TRAC timer (with Constant ON, Off and Timer switch), picture attached.
    - 2 "Flash" wall thermostats - one in hall (ground floor-Living Room, Kitchen, Corridor), second wall thermostat on First Floor (3 x bedrooms plus two bathrooms)
    - There are No radiator thermostats

Let me explain quickly how it works currently:
When I turn on the boiler (Timer either on Constant or timer), it heats the water in tank (upstairs) regardless two Wall thermostats are on minimum i.e. 8 degree or maximum (30 degree).

If either Ground Floor or First Floor's wall Thermostats are changed to more than 8 degree, it will start heating up the radiators on that that particular floor.

    My questions are:

Would Ground floor and First floor be called as two separate zones due to each floor has separate Wall Thermostat (As shown on picture) and Heating water in Tank as third zone?

Would Climote (currently provided by Electric Ireland) work for these three zones as described above? By successful installation of Climote, can I control separate zone individually to turn on heating at different time interval and I can program for each day of week? Can I also control Temperature / degree as it shown on Wall Thermostat?

or Do I need to replace the "Flash" wall thermostat first with some digital thermostats?

Can Climote be installed on wall or other part of house other than current timer on Boiler is?

Any other suggestion to achieve the goal that I can control / program each zone for particular time, day of week and temperature ?

To me Climote is the economical / cheapest smart option at the moment.

    Thanks
