Anyone known of any secular premarital preparation courses? I gather the now defunct Relationships Ireland used to but can't seem to find anywhere offering them now.

Tbh we did the accord one, it was run by 2 laypeople and they were great craic and it really didn't have all that much about religion at all as far as I can remember, my OH is a different religion to me so would remember if it came up.. Now some of them are run by priests, which makes no sense to me. Where are you based? The one we did was in Ballina and its always run by the 2 women that did ours. It's based on your relationship, home, finances, families, how you see each other etc.. I'll have a look at my workbook later (yes you get a workbook, its like school haha) and pm you if you want?
I've heard there is an online one you can do but don't know what site it is or what its like!

I know Accord is Catholic based service though, so probs not at all what you are looking for, but if you were stuck and needed to do it I just wanted to give you insight into it :-)

Ah sure could do the Accord one alright if needs be - if you have workbook/topics handy I wouldn't say no!
