Transition ramp between floor and tile

    Hi.
    We have a slightly different height between dining floor and kitchen tiles after knocking down the wall in between. Can someone let me know where can we buy a good transition ramp or similar and are they metal with wooden on top or wooden all the way.

    I've seen metal, plastic and wooden ones. There's a fair range available. Generally anywhere that sells tiles or wooden flooring will stock some of them.

    They are in most hardware stores...available in all sorts of wooden finishes

    Not sure the actual name....any decent store will have them
