Actually more a 2 line hand written note with Intreo header asking to complete a yellow form (UP1b Application for JSA means Test) and attach 6 months worth of bank statements.

I've been on JSA a little over 2 years, just wondering if this is something to be concerned about or just a routine review. I've nothing but cobwebs to hide in my bank account :(

EDIT: There is a section on the form for incomes for other people in the household, I'm at home due to my circumstances do I need to fill this in and tell them what my parents and siblings earn? (I'm 31)

Nothing for you to be concerned about just the never ending battle with fraud.
Get the stuff in to them pronto and they can move on to the next person.
